Hey, I’m Rick — founder of Mood Vibes, lifelong wellness enthusiast, and dad of three amazing (adult) kids.

Before launching this brand, I spent 16 years in the finance world, then pivoted hard into health care — building out a major urgent care territory across the Boston area over the past decade. I now own two health and wellness centers under the iCRYO brand, where we help people recharge, recover, and optimize their bodies and minds every day.

But deep down, wellness has always been personal.

💡 Why I Started Mood Vibes

As a dad, coach, entrepreneur, and athlete, I’ve always believed that how we feel affects everything — our relationships, our decisions, our energy, our performance.

And let’s be honest: modern life throws a lot at us. Stress, distraction, burnout... too many people are running on empty. I wanted a better way to support my mood and energy — something real, clean, effective... and honestly, tasty as hell.

So I created Mood Vibes: a functional chocolate bar made with nootropics and adaptogens to help you fuel your vibe — whether you're rising, relaxing, or sparking connection.

🏈 From the Field to the Gym to the Labs

I grew up in Connecticut, and raised my kids in Western Massachusetts, coached youth football, and played every sport I could get my hands on. These days, it’s the gym, skiing, and my not-so-secret obsession with pickleball.

Health has always been my anchor — but I’ve seen firsthand that mental wellness is just as important as physical performance. Mood Vibes bridges that gap.
